1. AGE REQUIREMENT

4. LOSS OF USER ID OR PASSWORD
You are responsible for keeping your confidential user ID and password secure. You may not share your user ID or password with any other party. In the event of any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of your user ID or password, you agree to immediately notify TIMGEAR at mailto:email@example.com or 877.553.8181. You understand that you will be liable for any unauthorized use of the Site or purchase resulting from any use of your user ID or password by any other party.
5. PASSWORD SHARING
A user cannot login to the website on more than one computer at a time. Users can login from up to 3 IP addresses within 60 minutes. When a user is simultaneously logged in from more than one device, their account will be locked for 20 minutes. Password sharing may result in account termination without refund.
6. MAINTENANCE OF ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS
You agree at all times to maintain an active email address. You agree to receive email announcements that may contain SEXUALLY EXPLICIT content from TIMGEAR. You understand that TIMGEAR may terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, in the event that your email address becomes inactive.
