TIMGEAR / TIM Global - Terms of Sale
While these policies cover most circumstances, TIMGEAR / TIM Global reserves the right to handle each issue that arises on a case by case basis. These policies are subject to change without notice and do not govern sales (including sales of TIMGEAR & TIM Global products).
Back Orders -
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, TIMGEAR will hold the order until the back ordered item becomes available. If the back ordered item is not anticipated to become available within 96 hours, TIMGEAR will refund you the cost of the item and ship the remainder of the order.
Return and Exchanges -
If you are generally dissatisfied with your purchase, we are authorized to provide reasonable accommodations, up to and including product substitutions, gift certificates, coupons, and, in select circumstances, refunds.
Refunds and substitutions are issued on a case-by-case basis, subject to managerial input and approval prior to being offered.
Typically TIMGEAR cannot offer refunds on the following products:
- Washed and/or Worn Apparel
- Opened/ Used Merchandise
Pricing and Availability -
All prices for products (and the associated costs of shipping and tax) are shown in U.S. dollars. All items are subject to availability. T.I.M. reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and/or to discontinue products without notice, even in the event that the customer has already placed an order. All prices are subject to change without notice. Sales, discounts, and various other promotions are not required to be honored retroactively.
How will TIMGEAR package my order?
We understand our customers' need for discretion, so all orders packaged by our shipping team are done in either plain white boxes, USPS packaging, or FedEx branded packaging from TIMGlobal. Please Check our Shipping Page for more information
What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect, and/or damaged?
If you order is incomplete, incorrect, and/or damaged, please contact us via e-mail or call toll free at 1-877-553-8181. Our Customer Service hours are Monday 9am - 6pm PT, Tuesday to Friday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT.
